8. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through the app settings. When you request deletion:
- You will receive an OTP verification for security
- Your account enters a 7-day grace period
- During this period, you can cancel the deletion and recover your account
- After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

9. Children's Privacy
EduMate is designed for students in grades 9-12 (approximately ages 14-18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.
10. Offline Data
EduMate supports offline learning. Educational content and your progress data are stored locally on your device for offline access. This data syncs with our servers when you reconnect to the internet. Local data is subject to your device's security measures.
