How to Delete Your Account

Open the EduMate App

Launch the app on your device

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile icon, then select Settings

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account option

Verify with OTP

Enter the OTP sent to your registered email to confirm

What Happens When You Delete

  • 7-Day Grace Period: You have 7 days to recover your account by logging back in. After this period, deletion is permanent.
  • Data Deleted: All your personal data, learning progress, quiz history, and account information will be permanently removed.
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your account deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Profile information (name, email)
Learning progress & statistics
Quiz attempts & scores
Flashcard progress
Streak & achievement data
Device & session information
Study preferences
All associated account data

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to:

support@edumate.pk

Include your registered email address and "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
